Colombia Urban Transformation Program

Barrio Abajo Strategic Development, Barranquilla, Colombia

The Barrio Abajo Strategic Development Project focuses on the application of a multidisciplinary, inclusive, comprehensive, and sustainable urban development system and methodology developed by the Chair of Architecture and Urban Design at ETH Zurich and the Faculty of Architecture at the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla. The aim is to understand the challenges, opportunities, urban imaginaries, and possible development scenarios for Barrio Abajo.
