'In 1968, an important book was launched - the ‘Whole Earth Catalog’. It had a big impact on people. Steve Jobs, for instance, said that this was his Bible, and that without this Bible, he wouldn't have founded Apple. The whole Catalog was actually something very concrete and very useful for anybody living in a city today. It was a book and a toolbox for empowering citizens. Today, one could say that we need a Whole Earth Catalog for the city - a catalog coming out of and for a city. What are the spaces of tomorrow? How can we connect new digital tools with existing analogue models?' - Professor Hubert Klumpner
