The delegation was led by Helene Budliger-Artieda is Swiss Secretary for Economic Affairs (SECO), together with Swiss Ambassador to Colombia Eric Mayoraz. They joined other representatives from SECO and DFAE, together with another delegation from the Energy, Pharmaceutical, Transportation and Shipping Industry sectors (Roche, Novartis, Glencore, MSC, and others). Their visit to Fábrica de Cultura was guided by Arch. Diego Ceresuela-Wiesmann, ETHZ Director of Medellin office of the Klumpner Chair of Architecture and Urban Design / LUS.
